- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website sanesteel.com (the “Site”) or placing an order for our finned tubes and heat transfer solutions (the “Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or place an order.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
- Products and Services
We are a professional finned tube manufacturer and supplier, offering a full range of finned tubes, including but not limited to high-frequency welded finned tubes, extruded finned tubes, helical finned tubes, and custom finned tubes tailored to your specifications. All product descriptions, specifications, and images on the Site are for reference only and may be subject to change without notice.
- Ordering and Payment
Quotation: All quotes for our finned tubes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the information you provide, including material, specifications, quantity, and delivery requirements.
Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed only after we issue a formal sales contract or proforma invoice (PI) and receive your signed confirmation and/or advance payment.
Payment Terms: Standard payment terms are 30% T/T advance, 70% T/T before delivery; or 100% L/C at sight for large orders. We reserve the right to change payment terms for individual orders.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, exchange rates, or other factors. The final price is the price stated in the confirmed sales contract or PI.
- Production and Delivery
Lead Time: Production lead time varies based on product type, material, quantity, and custom specifications. Standard lead time for regular finned tubes is 30 working days, and 30-40 working days for custom finned tubes. The final lead time is stated in the confirmed sales contract.
Shipping: We offer FOB, CIF, CFR, and EXW shipping terms, as specified in the sales contract. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs clearance, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, and government regulations).
Delivery: Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier (for FOB/CIF/CFR) or upon pickup (for EXW).
- Quality Standards and Inspection
Quality Standards: All our finned tubes are manufactured and tested in strict accordance with international standards, including ISO 9001, ASME, CE, and DNV, as specified in the sales contract.
Inspection: You have the right to inspect the Products at our factory before shipment, or arrange for a third-party inspection agency to conduct the inspection. If the Products fail to meet the agreed quality standards, we will rework or replace them at our expense, unless the failure is caused by your incorrect specifications or misuse.
- Return and Refund Policy
Custom Finned Tubes: Due to the custom nature of most of our finned tube products, we do not accept returns or refunds for custom orders unless the Products are defective or fail to meet the agreed quality standards.
Standard Finned Tubes: For standard, non-custom finned tubes, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to our prior written approval. The Products must be in their original, unused condition, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 working days of our receipt and inspection of the returned Products.
- Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and technical drawings, is the intellectual property of SANE Industry and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written permission.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OR THE SALES CONTRACT, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SANE INDUSTRY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SITE OR THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Products shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
